Does anyone want to go to this with me tomorrow? I think it looks fantastic, and the best thing is, it is free! I have emailed in my reservation, so let me know if you want to meet up. We can even grab dinner from there while we are at it -- nothing beats Whole Foods for their ready-to-eat section. I also found out this past weekend that they have, as part of their fab sushi selection, some amazing and healthy vegetarian rolls with roasted red peppers and avocado, yum! Bella Cucina is this great artisan foods shoppe over in the Highlands -- their foods are to-die-for! I can't wait to see what they come up with for this torta. If you can't make it to this class, definitely swing by their store.
By the way -- Whole Foods seriously rocks the world of social media. Their homepage has links for you to "Talk to Us" on a store by store basis, via Twitter, Facebook, Flickr, or their blog. ahhh i love cooking classes! i wish i could go, but i have to babysit :( i don't even know what a torta is, so i hope you come back with a full report!
