I heard about a fun new workout opportunity today thanks to the Reynolds Group, and wanted to share it with you all, in case you are looking for a new calorie-burning option to try this week ... for FREE!
Pilates meets cardio and yoga in Core Fusion, and the Loews Hotel in Midtown is offering a free preview class on Tuesday and Wednesday evening to anyone that would like to attend. It asks that you bring a mat, but that parking and towels will be provided. Click on the picture below to see all the details.
If it's anything like pilates, this class would be sure to remind me how weak my core muscles really are. Though I have noticed that these classes really do work if you go consistently.
