From The Runway to Your Town

A good many months ago, I posted about this great dress-rental site called Rent the Runway. Since that post, they have been featured all over, including earlier this week on the Today Show!

But had I ever ordered any of their fabulous dresses from them since? Nope. Sad days. I was waiting for the perfect event or occasion to order the perfect dress, and the few times I was interested, the sizes or dates didn’t match up in availability on their site.

This week, though, RTR sent me a birthday promo code (I love this feature – so worth it for a company to collect my “data” when I get things in return!) and I just couldn't pass it up. A quick search later, and BAM I found a dress totally appropriate for a little birthday soiree I have coming up later this month:

What do you think? A $300 dress, “mine” for four days and under $50 after the code. I can’t wait to accessorize this little number up and wear it out on the town.
