Usually I would be kind of irritated that my good old Yellow Jackets are left out of a round-up like this, but I am letting this one slide because it's an SEC Cookbook, after all! The ACC version would be oh so cute. Imagine Demon Decon Halloween cupcakes, Boston Creme Pie cupcakes, and, of course, a Georgia Tech-inspired creation, too :)
